The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is joining forces with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast in Lee County to invite the community to Bowl for Kids’ Sake. The event will be held on Saturday, Aug. 2 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with teams playing in two-hour increments. The Animal Refuge Center Save a Pet Lab, WaterVentures Florida’s Learning Lab and the Lee Memorial Blood Mobile will also be on-site. Face painting, a 50-50 raffle and prizes for best and worst bowlers will be awarded. Registration is $25 per team member, which includes two hours of bowling, shoes, pizza and drinks with the proceeds benefiting the youth of Big Brothers Big Sisters in Lee County.
